Refinement & Optimisation

The design undergoes further development as we collaborate with consultants to produce plans and drawings necessary for obtaining compliance approvals.

Submission for Approvals

We also navigate the necessary approvals and permits, streamlining the process and ensuring compliance with regulations (CDC, DA & CC).

Detailing & Getting Ready for Construction

We finalise construction documents and collaborate on color, finish, and material selections. Decisions on built-in designs are made at this stage. To save you time and money, OIC Design can engage trusted craftspeople and tradespeople for custom cabinetry manufacturing.

Supervision & Completion

We maintain close coordination with builders throughout the construction process, conducting progress inspections and updating punch lists to ensure flawless execution and beautiful results.
